DAYAS COMPANY
(José Dayas Cortés)
It was created in 1927 (80 years–Four Generations) by my father, Francisco Dayas Rayos, member founder of the Official School of the Real State Property of Alicante and member of Government's Meeting.
In their origins, it was dedicated for sale and rent of housings and to any transaction type, inside the Real State Sector, without limit in what refers to location and quantitative importance.
In 1960, I join into the Family Company, introducing some innovative ideas, with the purpose of focusing our products to the International Real State Market. All this gave place to the creation of the Company “PROMOTIONS DAYAS INTERNATIONAL S.L.”, directed fundamentally to that latent market, new for Spain. In this creation, my son, José Luis, played a decisive and important role. At the same time, my nephew, Ángel Dayas Ródenas, acted as API in a relevant form.
Later, in 2003, it incorporates to the group “DAYAS & PARTNERS”, directed by José Luis Dayas Brotons and Amparo Dayas Brotons, they are specialized to the National and International Market. Both lately mentioned are members of the International Federation of Real State Professions FIABCI- Spain.
Independently José Luis Dayas is Agent of the Real State Property, Collegian in Madrid and Land Agent. He acted too like General Responsible of an important Real State. Besides this we include into the “Dayas Group” a State Agent Services so-called PROMOCIONES THADER S.L. Whose business management is charged to Amparo Dayas and myself.
On the other hand incorporates in the group Carmen Lorena Beguena Dayas, Graduate in Law, Teacher in the University of Alicante and Agent of the Real State Property. Its performance in the group belongs to Legal Adviser.
MY PROFESSIONAL FORMATION
• Agent of the Real State Property, by Civil Service exam, 1959, with the National nº 2.944.
• Member in: Alicante with the nº 84 and in Madrid with the nº 983.
• First Course of Professional Specialization for API of Valuation and Real State Adviser. Developed officially in the Ministry of the Housing, in Madrid 1976.
• University diploma about Real State Expert Valuation for the Ability of Economic and Managerial Sciences of Valencia. November 23, 1985.
• In 1967 I am named Advisory Real state Honorary for the Excmo. Ayto. of Orihuela, for my condition of API, ratified in Government's Council.
• Diploma Master in Management of Real State Company by the School of Real State Administration. 6 June , 1980.
• Properties agent, National nº 3.206. 23 February , 1970 (non ejerciente).
• Technician of Human and Public Relations, for the Centre of Teaching ATECO authorized by the M.E.N., nº 146. 6 September 1974.
• International Real State Institute SUC. Certified Valuer. Year 1986.
• Career official, scale of Technicians of Administration of the A.I.I.S. (Ministry of Agriculture), number of personal registration T09AG 1 5 A00356 coming from the Agrarian Cameras.
• Diploma Title of Agricultural Expert for the South American Popular University (Republic Argentina). 15 October , 1964. Educational Establisment and Professional Orientation.
• Emblem of Silver, by the Central Meeting of the Official Schools of Agents of the Real State Property, for the participation in the II National Congress. October, 1979.
